Getting Skillcape Empty Getting Skillcape

This cape can be received in Yanille by talking to Seddu.
Then when you talk to him a whole bunch skills will popup
you click on the skill you want for the skillcape you want then confirm make sure you have 100k(100000) In your inventory and that 99 skill.
